Refund policy

Stackomen believes in helping its customers wherever possible and has therefore adopted a transparent cancellation and refund policy.


 

Cancellations

 


Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 4 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.


Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be entertained.


 

Returns & Refunds

 


Refunds or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:

 

  • Product received is damaged or defective

  • Product received is incorrect

 


Such issues must be reported to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product, along with clear video and image proof for verification.


Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.


 

Refund Timeline

 


Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider.


Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or mishandling are not eligible for refunds.
